Shipping Policies

*Standard Shipping takes 3 to 4 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday only.
*Foreign orders may be higher. The actual amount will be shown on your invoice.

Orders for Pickup

‘Araxi, CinCin, Blue Water Cafe & West Gift Certificates’ that you have elected to pick-up will be available from the issuing restaurant 24hrs after you have received the 2nd ‘shipping’ email notification that your order has been processed. ‘Toptable Gift Certificates’ are available for pickup from the restaurant of your choice. You will be contacted by phone or email to confirm.

Please note that orders are processed Monday to Friday only.

IMPORTANT

Please bring a print out of your online order with you for confirmation & present to a manager upon arrival. You may collect your Gift Certificate during the restaurants normal opening hours.

Returns Policy

We trust that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund (including gifts).

You may return any of the following items to Toptable.ca, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error):

Any gift certificate

Any book in its original condition that was purchased from toptable. If purchased from amazon, please contact them directly.

Currently, toptable.ca is unable to accept returns of opened items, any food items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please be aware that the item price and applicable taxes will be refunded. Shipping, handling charges will not be refunded unless the error occurred on our part, or merchandise is defective or otherwise not as described.

Please include proof of purchase.

Return item in unused condition with all original packaging. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at toptable.ca. We cannot exchange items.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

toptable.ca can replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

Returning a gift

If an item that represents a gift from another party is returned to us, the refund will only be credited to the original purchaser. They can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

Conditions of Use

In order to purchase through this Internet Site you have to be 18 years old or older and you agree to pay for all charges noted on this Internet Site as payable by you. All prices listed on this Internet Site are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars. toptable reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain products which you can purchase through the facilities of this Internet Site.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from toptable.ca are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

International Shipping Rates

Currently toptable.ca is able to ship Gift Certificates & books to most international addresses with appropriate shipping charges.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

Please also note that, for your protection, any order valued at CDN$250 or more will be sent via a trackable method.
